Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 depressive disorder; 2. Age 12-18 (including 12 and 18) years old, gender is not limited; 3. Patients and their guardians agree to participate in the project and sign informed consent; 4. HAMD score >=17 points, PHQ-9 >=10 points; 5. First episode, and have not taken antidepressants, or antidepressant continuous use of no more than 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental retardation; 2. Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder; 3. Alcoholics, drug abusers and drug dependents; 4. Patients with organic mental disorders; 5. Patients with neuroendocrine diseases (such as thyroid hormone abnormalities, sex hormone abnormalities, etc.), autoimmune diseases, diabetes, need glucocorticoid therapy and taking immunomodulators.
