Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment criteria:1.Lung cancer diagnosed by preoperative pathological examination.2.Lung cancer diagnosed by imaging with ineffective anti-inflammatory treatment, and the ground-glass component is > 50%.3.The maximum diameter of the lesion is < 2 cm.4.Suitable for lung segment resection.5.No obvious abnormalities in the patient's cardiopulmonary function.6.Patients with no obvious metastases based on systemic assessment and who can tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:1.Tumor diameter > 2 cm, not suitable for pulmonary segmentectomy.2.Poor cardiopulmonary function in patients, making them unable to tolerate surgery.3.Multiple lesions, which cannot be completely cured by a single surgery.4.Patients with a predicted long - term survival of < 5 years or those with distant metastatic lesions.
