Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 18-60 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with melasma and symmetrical distribution of the face, the course of the disease is at least 6 months; 3. The facial skin is basically intact, with no obvious inflammation, ulceration, exudation, etc.; 4. Those who have not received treatment (including laser and oral topical drugs) in the past 6 months; 5. Those who have no history of exposure to the sun in the past 3 months; Have good adherence and be able to participate in regular follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system and other systemic diseases, mental diseases, and immunodeficiency diseases; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; Those who are allergic to the test drug and its components; Females of childbearing potential on oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy; 3.
