Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The control group consists of adults aged 18-30 years, while the experimental group consists of adults aged 40-55 years; 2.The refractive power of both eyes is less than +1.00D and greater than -6.00D, with a refractive difference of less than 2.50D; 3.The best corrected visual acuity in both eyes is better than 0.1 logMAR; 4.The control group has near visual acuity of less than or equal to 0.1 logMAR at 33 cm, while the experimental group has a near addition requirement of greater than or equal to +0.50D at 33 cm..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by any organic eye diseases (such as cataracts, etc.); 2. History of previous eye surgery; 3. Poor overall health (such as heart disease, respiratory diseases) or cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric disorders, etc., and those who cannot cooperate.
