DM group:No intervention
MCI control group:Take 10g/day of maltodextrin for 24 weeks
MCI Experimental Group :Take 20g of resistant dextrin per day for 24 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 3. Course of diabetes >= 5 years; 4. Stable blood glucose control; 5. Regularly taking hypoglycemic drugs or using insulin; 6. Dietary habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction exists; 2. History of mental illness; 3. History of severe cerebrovascular disease; 4. Family history of cognitive impairment; 5. I am currently taking medication that affects cognitive function; 6. Frequent adjustment of hypoglycemic drugs; 7. Irregular diet, complex and varied recipes; 8. History of intestinal surgery or inflammatory bowel disease; 9. Complicated with tumor, infection, severe anemia or acute complications of diabetes; 10. Alcohol abuse; 11. The patient has severe hearing or vision loss; 12. Illiteracy;
