Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Imaging (CT) and endoscopy, as well as endoscopic ultrasound, are used for the presumptive diagnosis of a large esophageal submucosal leiomyoma (larger than 4.0 cm). 2.Individuals presenting with symptoms of dysphagia or retrosternal discomfort; 3.Follow-up observation reveals progressive enlargement of the tumor, or irregular follow-up adherence, significant psychological stress, and patients with a strong desire for endoscopic treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, renal, cranial, hematopoietic system disorders, or psychiatric illnesses that preclude cooperation or tolerance of surgery; 2.patients with a fear of being unable to withstand surgical procedures.
