Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years <= Age <= 75 years 2. Include patients who meet diagnostic criteria 3. Imaging examination shows no other organic lesions 4. Volunteer to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver diseases caused by other diseases 2. Previous history of tumors, systemic corticosteroid therapy, biliary obstructive disease, parenteral nutrition, Wilson's disease, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism 3. Patients who refuse to participate 4. Patients with severe mental and psychological disorders
