18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–60 years, diagnosed with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD); 2. Controlled Attenuation Parameter (CAP) =248 dB/m measured by Fibroscan®; 3. Body mass index (BMI) <23 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular physical exercise (walking, running, ball games, swimming, weightlifting, fitness) in the past 6 months; 2. Participation in weight loss programs or sports teams in the past 6 months; 3. Employment involving heavy physical labor; 4. History of diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance, severe viral liver disease, or genetic/metabolic liver disease; 5. Long-term alcohol abuse (meeting criteria for alcoholic fatty liver disease) or inability to abstain from heavy alcohol consumption during the study; 6. Severe physical or mental illness, abnormal motor function, or pregnancy.
