Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, inclusive, with no gender restrictions; 2. Presence of chronic discomfort or symptoms related to the following systems for at least 6 months: (1) Cardiovascular system: Symptoms such as palpitations, dizziness, chest tightness, or blood pressure fluctuations. (2) Respiratory system: Symptoms such as chronic cough, dyspnea, or chest tightness. (3) Gastrointestinal system: Symptoms such as persistent heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, or epigastric discomfort. (4) Metabolism-related: Symptoms such as persistent fatigue, changes in appetite, or abnormal weight fluctuations. (5) Urinary system: Symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, difficulty in urination, or dysuria. 3. Self-reported psychosomatic symptoms related to mood, chronic stress, or sleep, with a score of >=160 on the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), and meeting the threshold for any of the following scales: Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) score >=10; Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) score >=10; Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) score >=43; Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >=8. 4. Educational level of junior high school or above, with the ability to read and understand the content of the questionnaires and complete them using a smartphone. The participant must be able to provide both verbal and written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or past diagnosis of a mental disorder according to DSM-5, such as organic mental disorders, substance use disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or mania; 2. Dependence on or abuse of psychoactive substances (such as alcohol, tobacco, etc.); 3. History of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy; 4. Presence of suicidal or self-harming ideation; 5. Presence of cognitive impairments that prevent understanding of the study; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Recent participation in an intervention study targeting the health management of psychosomatic disorders.
