Control group C:Routine postoperative care
Test group A:Implement virtual reality device intervention on the basis of routine care, with two interventions per day.
Test group B:Implement virtual reality device intervention on top of routine care, administer interventions based on the needs of the pediatric patient, with no more than 4 sessions per day.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The child is aged 6 to 12 years; (2) Only those who have undergone tonsillectomy (with or without adenoidectomy); (3) Normal intelligence, comprehension, and language expression ability; (4) The child's family is informed of this study, willing to participate in this study, and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient and family members have mental illness or cognitive impairment, making effective communication impossible; (2) Combined with other diseases and developmental abnormalities, unable to cooperate with researchers; (3) Intolerant to virtual reality technology equipment.
