Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Neurologic deficit-National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS): = 40 points 3. Dystonia-modified Ashworth classification: = grade 3; 5.Age 55-75 (male and female); 6. Stable condition, conscious, vital signs stable; 7. Able to stand alone for about 30 min; 8. Able to understand and carry out simple instructions; 9.Non-smoking and non-alcoholism; 10.History of first stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe speech, visual, hearing impairment or mental retardation; 2.Presence of other serious diseases such as tumors; 3.Presence of other neurological disorders; 4. Experienced in Baduanjin exercise; 5.History of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Co-existence of serious diseases affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, endocrine system or hematopoietic system; 7. Participation in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study; 8.Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9.Presence of other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders where pain worsens with movement; 10.Contraindications to exercise training.
