Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 .Healthy patients aged 60-80 years old 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA) grades I to ? 3. Body mass index (BMI) at 18-30 kg/m^2 4. Patients willing to cooperate and sign consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases (uncontrolled hypertension [systolic blood pressure > =180 mmHg], coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction = 11.1mmol/L) 6. Allergy to drug research 7.Alcoholism or preoperative use of sedatives and analgesics 8. Refuse to participate 9. Follow-up of the lost patients.
