Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female college students aged 18-25 years old; 2. Meet the criteria for mild or moderate sleep disorders, defined as a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of >=8 points and =10 points and =8 points and =15 points and <26 points on the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21); 3. Voluntarily participate in a 12-week trial and sign an informed consent form; 4. Have no severe systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe sleep problems, indicated by a PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) score of >=16 points, or severe emotional issues, such as a DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale) Depression subscale score of >=21 points, or an Anxiety subscale score of >=15 points, or a Stress subscale score of >=26 points; 2. Individuals suffering from diseases that affect mobility, such as limb movement disorders; 3. Those with dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and lungs.
