Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetes: Meet the diagnostic criteria of ADA in 2023 or have been diagnosed with diabetes; 2.Myocardial dysfunction: Meet the diagnostic criteria of heart failure (China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2024) or echocardiography indicates cardiac systolic dysfunction (LVEF = 6 weeks; 5.Voluntary signing of informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes other than type 2 (type 1, LADA, MODY, NODAT, etc.); 2.Acute coronary syndrome in the past 3 months; 3.Moderate to severe valvular heart disease: severe aortic regurgitation or severe primary mitral regurgitation or aortic stenosis with transvalvular peak velocity =3m/s or mitral stenosis with mitral valve area <1.5cm²; 4.Uncontrolled hypertension or arrhythmia; 5.Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (definition: maximum gradient at rest <30 mmHg); 6.Moderate to severe lung disease (forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) <50%, GOLD grade III-IV); 7.Combined with other diseases that hinder exercise or make exercise impossible (such as anemia, hyperthyroidism, severe musculoskeletal diseases, etc.); 8.Signs of myocardial ischemia during moderate intensity exercise during cardiopulmonary exercise test; 9.Those who cannot participate in the follow-up of the intervention due to other conditions, etc.
