18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. BMI>=32.5kg/m^2 with or without obesity-related comorbidities (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, psychiatric and psychological abnormalities, osteoarthritis); 3. After diet control, physical exercise, and drug treatment, the effect of regular internal medicine treatment for weight loss is not obvious; 4. Patients and their families understand and accept the complications and potential risks of surgery, and can actively cooperate with postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active peptic ulcer; 2. Esophageal or gastric varices; 3. Accompanied by advanced malignant tumors of the digestive tract or other organs; 4. Clearly diagnosed with non-obese type 1 diabetes mellitus or type 2 diabetes mellitus with basic loss of pancreatic ß cell function; 5. Have a mental illness that is difficult to control; 6. Binge eating disorder; 7. Current problems with substance abuse or alcoholism; 8. Poor general condition, difficult to tolerate general anesthesia or surgery; 9. Severe coagulation abnormalities; 10. Nutritional requirements cannot be guaranteed; 11. Pregnant and lactating women; 12. Women who have planned to get pregnant in the past 1 year.
