Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be in good health, no cardiovascular, pulmonary or other chronic diseases; 2. Participate in an average of 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75-150 minutes of high-intensity exercise per week; 3. Failure to carry out systematic special training; 4. Participate in this experiment while not participating in other experiments; 5. Voluntarily participate in the experiment, be able to actively participate in testing and training, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Lost to follow-up or withdrawn halfway through injury; 3. Failure to cooperate
