Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers: each subject must meet all the criteria to be eligible to participate in the study: 1.Fully understand and voluntarily sign an informed consent form 2. Both sexes, aged 18-65; 3. Male weight >=50.0 kg, female weight >=45.0 kg; body mass index (BMI) in the 19.0-26.0 kg/m^2 range (including cut-off values) ; 4. No history of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory, blood and lymph, endocrine, immune, mental, neuromuscular, gastrointestinal, or other chronic or severe diseases within 3 years, and in good general health; 5. There is no abnormality in the examination of vital signs and physical examination; 6. Able to communicate well with researchers and understand and comply with the research requirements. Patient Inclusion criteria: patients must meet all of the following inclusion criteria to be eligible to participate in this study: 1. Chinese men and women aged >=18 years and provided written informed consent before any study-related procedures were conducted; 2. Clinically suspected or confirmed malignant epithelial tumor or at least one indeterminate malignant epithelial tumor lesion on imaging without surgery or chemoradiotherapy; 3. Patients without contraindication of PET/CT scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious claustrophobia; 2. Subjects with standard contraindications to PET/CT imaging; 3. Those unable to undergo PET/CT because of diabetes or other medical conditions leading to poor glycemic control (a fasting glucose value greater than 11 mmol/L on the day of the trial) or other reasons; 4. Subjects who were unable or unwilling to tolerate prolonged supine positions during treatment; 5. Mental illness such as: depressive symptoms, schizophrenia, delusions, hallucinations or suicidal ideation and other patients; 6.Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 7. Subjects who had undergone surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy for malignant epithelial tumors; 8. Subjects whose weight exceeded the upper limit of the bearing capacity of the treatment bed or who were not suitable for PET/CT scanning.
