Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 28 days and 16 years old, gender is not restricted 2.Individuals presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms and clinically diagnosed with functional or organic gastrointestinal disorders, such as acute/chronic gastritis, acute gastroenteritis, acute enteritis, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcers, and functional gastrointestinal disorders 3.Parental Consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with gastrointestinal malformations; 2.Combined with other systemic infectious or autoimmune diseases; 3.Incomplete case information, including sample collection time, subject age, and clinical background information of the sample; 4.Unqualified serum samples, including hemolysis, insufficient volume, etc.
