Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years. 2.The clinical diagnosis was unilateral frozen shoulder (freezing period), and the symptoms lasted >=3 months. 3.Limited range of motion of shoulder joint >=50%. 4.Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other shoulder diseases (rotator cuff tear, osteoarthritis, etc.). 2. History of intra-shoulder injection within the last 3 months or history of physical therapy within the last 6 months. 3. There is a history of surgery on the affected shoulder joint. 4. Poorly controlled diabetes or thyroid dysfunction.
