Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First episode of depression; 2.Parents and patients provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other psychiatric disorders or physical illnesses; 2.Presence of suicidal ideation or behavior; 3.Cases deemed unsuitable by other psychiatrists or psychotherapists.
