Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who met the imaging criteria of renal calculi and were diagnosed as renal calculi by X-ray, B-ultrasound and CT underwent one-stage PCNL; 2.No history of kidney stones ; 3.Postoperative routine indwelling nephrostomy tube ; 4.All were operated by doctors in the stone medical group ; 5.Aged 18-60 years old ; 6.Have reading comprehension ability, can independently complete the questionnaire or through the researchers to help complete the questionnaire ; 7.Patients informed consent, voluntary participation ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative severe bleeding ( blood transfusion or renal artery embolization ) ; 2.Postoperative severe infection ( sepsis or septic shock ) ; 3.Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, renal dysfunction or other malignant diseases ; 4.People who have difficulty in moving and can not take care of themselves ; people with cognitive impairment;
