the trail group:Patients admitted from August 2024 to August 2025 will receive a structured pulmonary rehabilitation course
the control group:Patients admitted to the hospital from March to July 2024 will receive routine pulmonary rehabilitation health education

40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.aged between 40 and 80 years old; 2. diagnosed with COPD meeting latest diagnostic criteria of Global initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease ; 3. sign the informed content.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.mental disorder and Severe cognitive impairment; 2.acute cardiovascular events, surgery and trauma occurred in the past 1 month; 3. Poor medical compliance; 4.Patients who are participating in other studies.
