Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1) Air Volleyball Sports Group: (1) Age 40 years old and above, gender is not limited; (2) Technical secondary school and high school education level, able to cooperate with information registration; (3) Willing to participate and sign the informed consent form; (4) The age of air volleyball >=5 years; (5) Exercise frequency>=1 time/week; (6) Time for each exercise > = 120 minutes. 2) Irregular exercise group: (1) Age 40 years old and above, gender is not limited; (2) Technical secondary school and high school education level, able to cooperate with information registration; (3) voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; (4) No regular exercise habits within 5 years; (5) Exercise frequency<=1 time/week; (6) The duration of each exercise < 120 minutes; (7) The average number of steps per day < 8,000 steps. Part II: 1) People with sub-healthy brains: (1) Age 40-80 years old (including 40 years old and 80 years old), gender is not limited; (2) Technical secondary school and high school education level, able to cooperate with information registration; (3) voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; (4) have not received prior exercise therapy; (5) Meet the diagnostic criteria for SCD or MCI. 2) People with stable tumors: (1) Age 40-80 years old (including 40 years old and 80 years old), gender is not limited; (2) Technical secondary school and high school education level, able to cooperate with information registration; (3) voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; (4) have not received prior exercise therapy; (5) Diagnosis of various types of tumors, including solid tumors; (6) Tumor stabilization stage, who has completed tumor treatment such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and surgery before registration, and is in the stage of complete tumor remission, partial response, and no change, and the general state is suitable for exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe physical diseases, bone and joint diseases or severe weakness that affect sports; 2) Severe cognitive impairment, mental disorder, and personality disorder are unable to cooperate with the assessment; 3) History of long-term use of sedative-hypnotic drugs, drugs and alcohol abuse; 4) Those who are unable to complete the examination due to hearing, vision, and speech impairment; 5) Those who refuse to participate in this study or are unable to complete the questionnaire assessment.
