Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients >= 60 years of age who are scheduled to undergo hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; Severe dementia, speech impairment, severe hearing or vision impairment, coma, end-stage disease and other conditions could not complete part of the preoperative evaluation content; inability to complete a cognitive function assessment (defined as: preoperative mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score illiteracy below 16, primary school (education 6 years) less than 25 points); Emergency surgery.
