Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. During the study period, those who plan to undergo non-injury needle puncture at the infusion port or those who intend to undergo arterial puncture for elective surgery or those who plan to undergo venipuncture for elective surgery in our center; 2. Age 18 or above at the time of signing the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Those who are using drugs that may affect the metabolism of local anesthetics; 3. Those with contraindications to local anesthetics; 4. Long-term use of analgesic drugs; 5. Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases (aphasia, epilepsy, etc.).
