Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The study population consists of patients scheduled to undergo surgery for ankle (lateral malleolus) fractures, orthopedic procedures, or debridement surgery; 2.The inclusion criteria for patient age range from 18 to 70 years old, with a body weight between 45 to 90 kg; 3.Patients were classified using the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification, with ASA grades I to II being included; 4.Patients were required to be conscious and able to communicate effectively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse regional nerve block anesthesia; 2.Patients with injuries or infections at the puncture site; 3.Patients with allergies to local anesthetics; 4.Patients with coagulation disorders; 5.Patients who have participated in other experiments within the last 3 months; 6.Patients who are unable to communicate effectively or cannot cooperate.
