Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression according to DSM-5; 2.Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17 total score >= 8; 3.Aged 6 to 18 years; 4.The patient and their guardian voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major medical conditions or medication use that may affect the central nervous system and immune function; 2.Substance dependence within the past 6 months or current substance abuse (excluding nicotine); 3.A history of or current comorbid psychiatric disorders.
