20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20 to 40 years old; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Gestational age: 37 to 41 weeks; 4. Return to the hospital for examination between 42 days and 3 months after childbirth; 5. Meeting the B-ultrasound detection standard for postpartum rectus abdominis diastasis, and those with the spacing of rectus abdominis diastasis > 2 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cognitive abnormalities, who cannot cooperate with the treatment or have not completed the treatment; 2. Those who have severe pain or other serious complications; 3. Those suffering from chronic respiratory diseases; 4. Those with skeletal structural abnormalities.
