Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 6–15years, with no gender restrictions. 2: Body Mass Index (BMI): Meets the reference cut-off points for overweight and obesity in the "Screening for Overweight and Obesity in Chinese School-aged Children and Adolescents" for boys and girls of different ages from 6 to 18 years old. 3: No congenital diseases or severe chronic illnesses. 4: Parents/guardians agree to participate in the study and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Secondary obesity: Obesity caused by endocrine disorders, genetic metabolic diseases, central nervous system diseases, or monogenic disorders and chromosomal abnormalities. 2: History of special medication: Long-term use of drugs such as glucocorticoids, psychotropic medications, or immunosuppressants. 3: Severe organ diseases or chronic conditions: Including severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, or mental health conditions. Children who have been advised by a physician to avoid physical activity. 4: Children with hearing, vision, or speech impairments that prevent them from completing the required tests. 5: A history of asthma. 6: Noncompliance or inability to cooperate during the study process. 7: The doctor warned against children taking part in sports
