Conditions

Aortic aneurysm (Aortic aneurysm) is a serious and challenging cardiovascular disease characterized by abnormal dilation of the main artery, which can exceed 50% of the normal diameter, leading to acute aortic syndroms such as rupture, dissection, intramural hematoma, and resulting in fatal risk. According to the China Cardiovascular Health and Disease Report, a total of 31,000 hospitalized patien

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy controls: refers to the aortic diameter confirmed by ultrasound, CT or MRI and other imaging tests within the normal range (usually the thoracic aortic diameter = 3.5 cm or abdominal aortic diameter >= 3.0 cm) by imaging (e.g., ultrasound, CT, or MRI). There was no clinical or imaging evidence of acute aortic syndrome, such as aortic dissection, ruptured aorta, or penetrating ulcer. There may be no symptoms, or only mild non-specific symptoms (such as chest pain, back pain, abdominal pain, etc.). History may include high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, smoking history and other risk factors. 3.Aortic aneurysm with acute aortic syndrome: Confirmed aortic aneurysm (thoracic aortic diameter >= 3.5 cm or abdominal aortic diameter >= 3.0 cm) by imaging (such as CT, MRI, or ultrasound). It also meets the diagnostic criteria for acute aortic syndrome (such as aortic dissection, aortic rupture, penetrating ulcer, etc.). Typical symptoms are: sudden severe chest or back pain, pain tearing, may be accompanied by radiating pain. It may be accompanied by acute circulatory failure such as shock, hypotension, and disturbance of consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had undergone surgery related to aortic aneurysms to avoid surgery affecting the study results; 2.The combination of patients with other severe cardiovascular diseases ensures that the study is well-targeted; 3.Unable to cooperate with the research process or provide complete data;
