18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60 years; 2.Male and female; 3.Clinical manifestations: clear history of sports injury, different degrees of pain, swelling, limb limitation and other symptoms; 4.Imaging findings: ultrasound or MRI indicated partial rotator cuff tear (Snyder subtype 0, I, II); 5.Received platelet-rich plasma (PRP) + ultrasound + rehabilitation program or ultrasound + rehabilitation program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.One or more of the following complications: diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, coagulopathy or infectious diseases; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Major system disease; 4.History of previous shoulder surgery; 5.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as celecoxib) or anticoagulant drugs (e. g. aspirin, bolivine) were taken 1 week before treatment.
