Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: 40~85 years old; Meet the relevant clinical diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revised Edition), with a clear diagnosis of COPD and a lung function grade of stage II to IV; Clear consciousness, no cognitive dysfunction, no communication disorder; Informed and agreeing to participate in this study. 2. Caregiver inclusion criteria: >=18 years; Responsible for most of the patient's care tasks on a pro bono basis; The daily care of patients >=4h, and the continuous care time >=30d; Informed and agreeing to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: worsening of disease within 1 month or aggravation of other diseases (such as tumors, myocardial infarction, etc.) within the past 1 year; No ability to read. 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: those with severe mental or physical disabilities and those who are unable to read; cognitive impairment; Separation from the patient for more than 1 year.
