Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke met the diagnostic criteria set by the Introduction of the Revised Names of Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Cerebrovascular Diseases in the New Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases, and the imaging examination confirmed cerebral infarction; 2. Duration of disease < 3 months; 3. Between the ages of 18 and 80; 4. NIHSS score 5-15 points; 5. The upper limb of hemiplegia had Brunnstrom stage ? to ?, and the opposite limb had no lesions; 6. Stable condition, no serious cognitive dysfunction, can cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and neuro-electrophysiological detection; 7. Subject's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Any contraindications to rPMS (e.g. metal implants in the affected limb or the use of a pacemaker); 2. hemiplegic upper limb with peripheral nerve damage or unstable upper limb fracture; 3. Deep vein thrombosis near the stimulation site; 4. Infection near the stimulation site; 5. Use muscle relaxants such as baclofen or tizanidine or injections of botulinum toxin A to treat post-stroke spasms; 6. Poor compliance or reluctance to participate.
