Mild calcification subgroup:None. Coronary CTA shows a coronary artery calcification score of 11-100 points.
Moderate calcification subgroup:None. Coronary CTA shows a coronary artery calcification score of 101-400 points.
Severe calcification subgroup:None. Coronary CTA shows a coronary artery calcification score of >400 points.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60 years or older. (2) Patients who underwent coronary CTA in our hospital. (3) Patients who underwent exercise treadmill testing (ETT) in our hospital. (4) Patients with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to iodine-containing contrast agents. (2) Patients with cardiogenic shock or severe heart failure (NYHA = Class III). (3) Other conditions: Patients with malignant tumors or abnormal parathyroid function. (4) Patients with stents in the coronary arteries or those who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting as shown by coronary CTA.
