60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, meeting the indications for total knee arthroplasty; 2. First-time treatment with total knee arthroplasty; 3. Normal cognitive function; 4. Age between 60 and 75 years old; 5. VAS score greater than 3 during functional training; 6. Both patient and family have signed an informed consent form for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infection present; 2. Asymptomatic knee joint ankylosis or significant preoperative joint contracture present; 3. Other musculoskeletal diseases of the lower limb present; 4. Neuropathic arthritis present; 5. Coexisting with important organic lesions; 6. Coexisting with coagulation dysfunction; 7. Severe osteoporosis, excessive obesity; 8. Extreme muscle atrophy around the knee joint; 9. Coexisting with malignant tumors; 10. Coexisting with local or systemic infections.
