pathologic fracture

Interventions

Group S:injected 20 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine into the deep layer of the erector spinae muscle (between the erector spinae muscle and the transverse processes of the vertebrae)
Group Q:Inject 20 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine into the shallow layer of the erector spinae muscle (between the erector spinae muscle and the rhomboid muscle)
Group H:Inject 10 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine respectively into the deep and superficial layers of the erector spinae muscle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 90 years old; 2. ASA grade I - III; 3. Normal cognition and consciousness; 4. No history of neurological surgery; 5. Normal coagulation function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative conditions included concurrent tumors, infection at the puncture site, severe hematological diseases or abnormal coagulation function; abnormal functions of important organs; taking opioid drugs within the last half month; having mental disorders, history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs, peripheral neuropathy, inability to communicate normally, cognitive dysfunction.
