Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Men of childbearing age between the ages of 20 and 40 who underwent semen examination in the reproductive andrology clinic of our hospital; 2. Those who have certain visual, listening, reading and writing skills; 3. Informed and willing participants in this research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Azoospermia, with a history of urogenital diseases: such as a history of testicular or epididymal injury, varicocele, or other diseases that can be determined to affect semen quality; 2. Patients with liver, kidney or other serious systemic chronic diseases; 3.Smokers, daily drinkers; 4. Have previous experience with mindfulness and meditation; 5. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
