Traditional TAP:Classic subcostal bilateral ventral transverse plane block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with liver-related disease and proposed to undergo "open liver surgery"; 2.ASA Level I-II; 3.Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of liver surgery; 2.Allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the trial; 3.Abnormal coagulation function; 4.Long-term use of opioids; 5.Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney function abnormalities and mental abnormalities; 6.Puncture site infection.
