15 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients, male or female, aged 15-45 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis of unilateral (major) RPD, manifested as more than 2 dislocations or 1 dislocation and 2 subluxations; M-TT-TG pitch=15-20mm M-TT-TG pitch for males = TT-TG pitch * 84.1mm/ML Female M-TT-TG pitch = TT-TG pitch * 74.8mm/ML 3. Willing to use autologous tendons for MPFLR; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral patellar dislocation; 2. High patella (CDI>1.2); 3. Patent epiphysis; 4. Suffering from other knee joint diseases, such as ligament injury, severe patellofemoral arthritis or bone disease; 5. History of previous knee surgery; 6. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infections, immunosuppression and other diseases; 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
