18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years, ASA I-III, scheduled for elective LC surgery, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe bradycardia (HR < 50 beats/min), sick sinus syndrome, or second-degree or higher atrioventricular block without pacemaker implantation; psychiatric disorders; inability to understand assessment scales; allergy to the medications used.
