65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 age >= 65 years old; 2 According to the 2019 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of primary lung cancer of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology , lung cancer was diagnosed by preoperative pathology or highly suspected, and thoracoscopic segmentectomy or lobectomy was planned; 3 Able to walk independently; 4 The patient can cooperate with pulmonary rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 received neoadjuvant therapy; 2 chest surgery and daily use of analgesics; 3 Participating in other intervention studies.
