Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 to 17 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For various reasons, children and their parents could not cooperate in completing the study; 2. For children participating in blood drawing, it is necessary to rule out skin infections, coagulation disorders and other inappropriate blood drawing situations; 3. For children who participate in MRI scans, conditions that are not appropriate for MRI should be ruled out, such as the presence of metal implants (including unremovable dentures) or claustrophobia;
