Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old, routine colonoscopy physical examination or admission to the hospital for colon polyp resection (the number of polyps < 2, the maximum diameter <0.5cm), voluntarily participate in this research project, sign the patient's informed consent, complete colonoscopy and provide qualified stool specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with contraindications to colonoscopy (such as severe cardiopulmonary diseases); Previous history of colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome; History of hereditary colon cancer, including HNPCC, FAP, etc.; Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, etc., and mental illness; History of drug use such as antibiotics, probiotics, laxatives or proton pump inhibitors within 1 month before colonoscopy and during the follow-up period; Other those who are unable to complete the test requirements.
