Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnose patients with acute lung injury. 2.Endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation duration <48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Intracranial pressure >=30 mmHg or cerebral perfusion pressure 20% prior to enrollment; 19. Presence of an underlying disease with an expected life expectancy of 16 cmH2O; 23. Direct relatives opposing prone position treatment; Experimental group/control group study procedures with duration and examination procedures.
