Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >=18 years, ASA I-III status; Patients undergoing hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia; Clearly understand the trial process and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unplanned or emergency surgery; Multiple injuries or fractures; Allergy to the study drugs; Severe cardiopulmonary function, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney function diseases; Antipsychotic medications, alcohol abuse, and long-term use of opioids or other analgesics; Patients with hearing or language disorders who are unable to communicate and understand the OBAS scale.
