Driving pressure guided ventilation group (DP group):PEEP is set to the peep value corresponding to the minimum driving pressure

45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-70 years old; 2. ASA grade II~III; 3. Normal preoperative pulmonary function test; 4. Undergo cardiopulmonary bypass grafting for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Suffering from tuberculosis and lung infection; 3. Heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%; 4. Patients with other serious diseases, accompanied by contraindications to surgery, and not suitable for surgery.
