Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Satisfy the criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th edition) for bipolar I or II disorder or major depression or major mania; 2. Age: 10-65 years old; 3. First treatment with lithium carbonate or more than 6 months since the last treatment with lithium carbonate; 4. More than 1 blood concentration monitoring during hospitalization for lithium carbonate treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete data on patients' blood levels, basic clinical characteristics and biochemical indicators; 2. Female patients are pregnant and breastfeeding; 3. Discontinuation of treatment due to significant adverse reactions following the use of lithium carbonate.
