Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 1-3 months after radical mastectomy with shoulder dysmobility, able to cooperate in completing the exercise assessment and completing the questionnaire on their own, between 20-45 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other than radical mastectomy for breast cancer, bilateral radical mastectomy for breast cancer, pterygoid scapula, postoperative upper extremity and periscapular edema, past history of cerebrovascular and neuromuscular disease, past history of psychiatric disorders, and history of other upper extremity sports injuries
