Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for critical neurological conditions: Patients admitted to the ICU due to spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, neurological infections, status epilepticus, or other neurological disorders. 2. Age >= 18 years. 3. No thrombosis at the time of ICU admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed VTE with long-term anticoagulation therapy prior to ICU admission. 2. Patients with end-stage malignancy. 3. Pregnant or postpartum women. 4. Severe coagulation disorders or primary coagulopathies. 5. ICU length of stay < 24 hours. 6. Lack of essential clinical data (e.g., thrombosis screening, laboratory tests, or critical medical history).
