Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed for the first time; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. No treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient claustrophobia, there are metal substances in the body that preclude MRI examination, including metal dentures or other contraindications to examination; 2. There is a distant metastasis.
